Replacement Judges in Jackson Michigan for 2007 Violate Election Laws to Fix Election.

Judge Wilson's "Abuse of Power" takes revenge against this author for exposing the Judges Crimes.
by: JusticeForAll
Subject Legal; Myspace and Michigan Liberal Author threatened by Judge Wilson's "Abuse of Power".

Judge Wilson has issued an order on March 10th 2007 to take child support out of this authors paycheck at a rate of approximately 80%. Which exceeds State Law guide lines of 65%.
My paychecks after Judge Wilson illegal garnishment of my wages for child support (which I do NOT owe as that I have a Court Order issued by Judge McBain on June 28, 2006 stating so) averaged $23.00 a week and my last paycheck dated 05-18-2007 (check number 68946 from Advance Employment of Charlotte, Inc. written against the LaSalle Bank Midwest N.A.) was for the grand total of $0.00 (NEGATIVE ZERO AND XX/100 DOLLARS).
Judge Wilson and his Criminal Organization is trying to make me homeless and pennyless in hopes that I will no longer be able to expose their crimes.
That or they are just trying to starve me to death. Which would mean that they are GUILTY of ATTEMPTED MURDER as well.
The problem here is that Judge McBain issued an order on June 28th 2006 declaring my child support paid in full.
Judge Wilson is guilty of "Abuse of Power" (a felony) and a Hate Crime (also a felony) possibly in and for his attempt to gain revenge against me for filing the complaint against him for his Campaign Election Law violations which are felonies and misdemeanors.
Subject Politics; Diane Rappleye and Thomas D. Wilson are in violation of MCL Chapter 168 Election Laws. Definitions and Laws are included in this complaint
Up Date. Up Date. Read all about it.
I have received a letter dated April 13, 2007 responding to this artical and original complaint of " Evidence of Corrupt Judge Elections in Jackson Michigan" from the Michigan Department of State Director of Elections Mr. Christopher M. Thomas.Mr. Thomas has made the following statement; "Please be informed that the above described actions do not represent violations of Michigan election law as you contend. Essentially, you have ascribed new and unique definitions to the terms "political Party" and "valuable consideration" which are inconsistent with the commonly understood and accepted meanings of the terms." Well please Mr. Thomas just how stupid and or ignorant do you think the voting public is? I used definitions that are and have been "commonly understood and accepted meanings of the terms" for more then one hundred years as according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary. The the Merriam-Webster Dictionary is probably one of the most commonly used dictionaries in use today in Michigan and the United States of America. As a matter of fact I recently saw one in the Court Clerks office and in Judge Wilson's office in Jackson Michigan. I also used the Michigan Compiled Laws Chapter 168 Election Laws which I quoted. So folks you tell me. You the voting public read the following complaint that I and others made in regards to the Corrupt Judge Elections in Jackson Michigan and then you log on and voice your opinion's to this matter.

My Original Complaint I filed with the Michigan Bureau of Elections follows;

As that the Jackson County Prosecutor Henry Zavislack and his Office and the local Jackson Michigan Law Enforcement are also GUILTY of these Violations of MCL Chapter 168 Election Laws as that they publicly gave their names as Accomplices in these Crimes. The State of Michigan Secretary of State and the Bureau of Elections would be totally in the wrong if they were to Order local Law Enforcement to investigate these Crimes and just as wrong to order the local Prosecutor Office to Prosecute these Criminals named in this Complaint.
In the Sunday November 5, 2006 edition of the Salesman (Central Edition) Diane Rappleye a Candidate for Probate Judge in Jackson County Michigan did run a political half page ad stipulating that the following have endorsed her for Probate Judge; Susan E. Vandercook Probate Court Judge,Chad C Schmucker Cheif Circuit Court Judge, R. Darrryl Mazur Cheif District Court Judge, Joeseph S. Filip District Court Judge, Gordon W. Britten Circuit Court Judge Ret., Lysle G. Hall Jr. District Court Judge Ret., Carlene G. Lafere District Court Judge Ret., Alexander C. Perlos Circuit Court Judge Ret., Fredrick O. Sill Probate Court Judge Ret., Iva J. Arbuckle Family Court Referee - Juvenile Division, Fredrick C. Bishop Jackson County Magistrate, Blackman Township Command Officer's Association, Frateral Order of Police, Jackson Citizen Patriot.
In doing so all those listed in said political ad have by definition advertised and shown themselves to be a "Political Party".
Which makes the Candidate for Jackson County Probate Judge Diane Rappleye "Partisan" by definition and makes her and her "Party" in Violation of MCL Chapter 168
168.432 Candidates for probate judge; nomination at general nonpartisan primary election; omission.
Sec. 432 "qualified and registered electors may vote for nonpartisan candidates for the office of judge"
Diane Rappleye is in Volation of law because she is in fact "Partisan" by her own public admission in her advertisements.
A Full Page Political Ad run in the Jackson Citizen Patriot on June 11, 2006 by the Candidate for Circuit Court Judge Thomas Wilson in the same manor listed more then 100 people as being in his "Party" supporting and or endorsing him.
Also Candidate for Circuit Court Judge Thomas Wilson has made and aired on Television a Political TV ad which shows him clearly stating that he will work with Jackson County Sheriff Heyns and Jackson County Prosecutor Zavislack to get the criminals off the streets excetra.
This statement made by the Candidate for Circuit Court Judge Thomas Wilson is without a doubt a "Prohibited Conduct" of "Valuable Concideration".
After all what could be concider more valuable to the general voting public then a Judge who will work with Law Enforcement and the Prosecutor's Office in getting rid of what they feel is the "Criminals".
In doing so all those listed in said political ad have by definition advertised and shown themselves to be a "Political Party".
This makes Candidate for Jackson County Probate Judge Thomas Wilson "Partisan" and in Violation of the following Michigan Laws;
MCL Chapter 168
168.412 Candidates for circuit court judge; nomination at general nonpartisan primary election; omission.
Sec. 412. "qualified and registered electors may vote for nonpartisan candidates for the office of judge"
And in Violation of the following as well;

I Bengt V. Thulin Demand Arrest and Prosecution of these persons who violated the Michigan Election Laws MCL Chapter 168, Michigan Constitution, United States Laws, United States Constitution that I have Filed Complaint against and so should all of the rest of the honest citizens.
It is the DUTY of the Michigan Secretary of State to do so according to the following MCL;

(h) Investigate, or cause to be investigated by local authorities, the administration of election laws, and report violations of the election laws and regulations to the attorney general or prosecuting attorney, or both, for prosecution.

Michigan Militia Still Corrupts Jackson Michigan .

Judges who are Michigan Militia forced out of office for Racketeering.
Replacement Judges just as corrupt.

I turned in Judge Susan Vandercook in January 2006 for Violations of the RICO Act (Racketeering) for her part along with Iva Arbucle and four other who were all owners of the Drop in Center for Minors that used to be on W. Mason St. just west of South Jackson St. 1989+- thru 1996 for which Judge Susan Vandercook and her criminal partners received HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of DOLLARS in State and Federal GRANT MONEY (to which they filed NO INCOME TAXES ON) for the minor children that Judge Susan Vandercook Sentenced to do their Counseling and Probation there at her Privately Owned Center instead of at county or state offices according to the law.
I originally turned in Judge Susan Vandercook for this in June of 1996 and as soon as John McBain (who is now Judge McBain) won the election for the position of Prosecutor for Jackson County he immediately choose to perpetrate one of his first Criminal Acts by refusing to prosecute Judge Susan Vandercook claiming lack of evidence even though the State of Michigan Department of Social Service's licensed her drop in facility for minors showing all six names of the owners including hers as well did the State of Michigan Secretary of State issue the Incorporation Documents showing all six names of the owners including hers and the State of Michigan and The U.S. Government also have the Public Records of all the Grant Moneys paid to them in their Corporation name too and the City of Jackson Michigan also licensed her drop in center.
The Evidence was and still is there to Prosecute Judge Susan Vandercook for Racketeering, Violations of the RICO Act and Tax evasion along with her Partners in the Corporation ownership of the drop in center for minors. This is how the Prosecutor John McBain bought his way into a FIXED ELECTION to become a Judge in Jackson County by refusing to do his sworn duty and prosecute Judge Susan Vandercook and her five criminal partners in the drop in center for minors.
In thirty years I have not found even one honest police officer, or one honest judge or one honest prosecutor in Jackson County Michigan.

Also Judge Vandercook and Judge Nelson proved to be two of the owners of Lifeways Inc. and Community Connections on North West Ave in Jackson Michigan which is a new criminal venture of theirs since the original one.
It has proven to be that these Judges would order people to go to their two businesses (Lifeways Inc. and Community Connections) for counciling for such things as alcohol abuse, drug abuse, anger managment excetera and then make millions off all these people in tax dollars from the federal, state and local gavernments in grant monies.

Post Script; Judge Susan Vandercook and Judge Nelson were force out of office last year (December 2006) and are currently facing Federal Felony Racketeering Investigation and charges against them will prevail.

Michigan Militia Exposed

Remember April 19th 1995 when 180 some innocent men women and children died because a bunch of idiots who call themselves the Christian Right decided to be oh so wrong.Here is some of the facts and truth which you good citizens have not yet been told.

The Michigan Militia still runs Jackson County Michigan and fills and or controls every Judge position there.

Timothy David Corts is Member of Michigan Militia since 1994 and was personally sponsored to his higher level post by his best friend Timothy McViegh.
Tim Corts helped Tim McViegh plan and execute the April 19th 1995 bombing of the Mura Federal Building in Oklahoma City Oklahoma.Tim Corts gave refuge to Timothy McViegh by letting Timothy McViegh stay at his house at 614 East Ganson St. in Jackson Michigan from October 1994 thru the middle of January 1995.
Tim Corts currently lives on Olcott Lake in Jackson Michigan and he currently works for (SMI) Synchronous Manufacturing Inc. on Page Ave. in Michigan Center in Jackson County Michigan.
SMI is part of Thorrez Industries in Jackson Michigan.
Complete 1994 & 1995 Michigan Militia Membership Roster to be published soon. Check your local news stand.
Originally reported to Agent LaPinski of the Jackson Michigan FBI Office in October 1994.That right folks. The government knew about the attact long in advance. I know this for a fact as that I volunteered to wear a wire for Agent LaPinski of the FBI starting in October of 1994.The City Councilmen who was a Member was my brother Clark Edward Thulin.

Why have they attempted to cover these facts up?

Why blame one man when so many were in fact responsible?

* Was it because 7 Jackson Judges were Members?*
Was it because the Sheriff was a Member?
* Was it because 13 Sheriff Deputies were Members?
* Was it because 6 City Police were Members?
* Was it because 1 City Councilmen was a Member?
* Was it because the Prosecutor was a Member?
* Was it because a local Bail Bondsman was a Member?
* Was it because they all voted to go ahead with thebombing?
* Was it because those responsible are considered tohigh and mighty and above the Law to be convicted?
* Was it because they did not want the embarrassment?
* Was it ALL of the ABOVE.

The following is a Sworn Statement that I gave the U.S. Attorneys Office in January 2006;

Remember April 19, 1995 Amended with additional information.Additional information added to end of the original statement.The original statement follows;

Remember April 19, 1995, Alfred P. Murrah Federal Bldg. Oklahoma City, Okla.The following is a short list of easily recognizable names from Jackson County Michigan.
All of these names are taken directly from the "Michigan Militia Membership Roster" and were all present at Michigan Militia meetings which took place in Grass Lake Michigan and in Bunkerhill Michigan during the months of November and December of 1994;
1. Jackson County Sheriff Henry C. (Hank) Zavislack (I have known since 1977 or 78 when he lived next door to my brother Clark Edward Thulin on Cherokee Cres in Jackson Michigan)
2. Jackson County Judge Perlos
3. " " Attorney Perlos (was once my lawyer)
4. " " Prosecutor Houck
5. " " Judge Nelson
6. " " Judge Grant
7. " " Judge Hall
8. " " Judge Vandercook and male friend
9. " " Judge Britten
10. " " Judge Schmucker
11. Timothy McVeigh (who sponsered Tim Corts into the higher level in the Michigan Militia)
12. Timothy David Corts (a local bail bondsman at the time and I thought my friend)
13. Several employees of Consumers Power
14. 13 Jackson County Sheriff Deputies
15. 6 Jackson City Police Officers
16. 1 Leoni Township Police Officer (in uniform)
17. 2 Blackman Township Police Officers
18. Clark Edward Thulin (yes my brother)
All these people and a few hundred more were present for the planning of the Bombing of April 19, 1995, Alfred P. Murrah Federal Bldg. Oklahoma City, Okla. And they all voted to go ahead with it.
I know this for a fact because I was an invited guest. I was invited because they were trying to recruit me. I was invited by the guy who I thought was my friend (Timothy David Corts). I was first introduced to Timothy McVeigh in October of 1994 at which time Tim Corts and Tim McVeigh tried to recruit me to build a bomb for the expressed purpose of blowing up the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Bldg. Oklahoma City, Okla.
Because they said that is where the ATF and FBI came from that did the "Waco massacre". I contacted the local FBI Office in Jackson Michigan the next morning after this introduction to Tim McVeigh by Tim Corts. I spoke in person to a male FBI Agent by the name of Lapinski and another male FBI Agent who I do not recall his name but they were the only two in the FBI Office.
Lapinski had placed video/audio surveillance at the home of Linda Williams and Timothy David Corts at 614 E. Ganson St. in Jackson Michigan before I was asked to meet with Tim McVeigh again by Tim Corts.
Lapinski had me carry a wire which I dropped off in Tim Corts house in a hanging plant in the living room. The entire plans for bombing the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Bldg. Oklahoma City, Okla. were discussed and I was invited to their next Michigan Militia meeting in Grass Lake Michigan where I personally observed the people that I listed above at the meeting using their real names and voting to go ahead with the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Bldg. Oklahoma City, Okla.
I observed the same people in conversation with Timothy McVeigh at this first meeting that I attended at the request of Tim Corts and Tim McVeigh and FBI Agent Lapinski and again at the second meeting which took place in Bunkerhill Michigan.
At the second meeting in Bunkerhill is where Timothy McVeigh and two others were nominated and a vote was taken which elected Timothy McVeigh and those two others to be the three to carry out the actual bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Bldg. Oklahoma City, Okla.
The Michigan Militia with the funding of its members ( including those listed above) practiced building bombs in New Mexico and in Arizona over the winter and then on April 19, 1995 the three who were nominated to bomb the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Bldg. Oklahoma City, Okla. did just that.
Why the FBI did not stop them I do not know?
I do know that one of the three nominated to do the deed was in fact an FBI Agent that FBI Agent Lapinski had me introduce to Tim Corts and Timothy McVeigh. I have no choice but to believe that FBI Agent Lapinski and his partners either allowed it to go to far or they decided to join them in their Terrorist Act of Treason.
All those people listed above tried to recruit me to join them and their Michigan Militia and to give them aid in their planned Terrorist Act of Treason and I chose not to join them and I walked away with the mistaken idea that FBI Agent Lapinski and the United States Justice Department had everything under control.
Maybe they did and they acquired their desired results. Anyway these are who are in control of the Jackson County Government, control of Jackson County Judicial System and control of Jackson County Law Enforcement.
I refuse to allow these terrorists that I have named and here by given testimony against to continue to go on being free and not punished to the maximum extent of the law.
Therefore I make this testimony to all and with full intention of having it published world wide.
Many have tried several times to discredit me including family.
It won't work and you all loose that have tried.
Additional information follows;
The general theme of these two Michigan Militia Meetings was of course White Supremacist, Christian Right and Revenge for Waco. The inference by the United States Government given to the general news media that Al Qaeda and Middle Eastern countries such as Iraq and Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia were involved is totally ridiculous as that the peoples from those countries are now and were then referred to by the Michigan Militia and the Aryan Nation and the A.R.A. (Aryan Republican Army) in Elohim City Oklahoma as “Sand Niggers”.
Sand Niggers being the same as all those they claimed were the impure and the inferior races.
Also at the first Michigan Militia Meeting I was invited to there was an affirmation of the fact that they had joined allegiances with the Aryan Nation and their Aryan Republican Army.
The Jackson Republican Party was affirmed as joined with them as well according to people such as those I listed above in my original statement.
Timothy McVeigh met Tim Corts in 1988 or 89 up around Bad Axe Michigan one winter when Tim Corts was going up to ice fish Saginaw Bay.
Or at least that is how they told it to me.Tim Corts introduced me to several of these people who were Michigan Militia, Aryan Nation, A.R.A. Members and MC club members.
All of which he is still in touch with currently despite his charade of being a Bible thumping Christian who only goes to church 2 or 3 times a week and works and fishes and hunts.
I have been present with Tim Corts and some of his friends here in Jackson who are still active in these terrorists groups as recently as June of 2006.
Terry Nichols, Tim McVeigh and the F.B.I. Agent that F.B.I. Agent Lapinski had me introduce to them are the three who were voted to do the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Bldg. Bombing.
What is not generally known to the public is that there were three others also elected to carry out this bombing.
That’s right there were two three man teams and two trucks and two bombs.
The other three men were from out west. Two men from Arizona and one man from New Mexico.
Both of those two places were where they practiced building the bombs on a smaller scale.
When they thought they were being found out in Arizona they moved over to New Mexico to finish their design and building and testing of bombs.
The second John Doe sketch resembles the man that I was told by F.B.I. Agent Lapinski to introduce to Tim Corts and Tim McVeigh to the best of my recollection.
He was using the name Andrea Strassmeir and portraying himself as a hardcore NAZI White Supremacist.Several of the people at these Michigan Militia Meetings were local Jackson Michigan Lawyers as well.
How bad do you really want to know the truth about who the real Terrorists behind the Bombing of April 19, 1995, Alfred P. Murrah Federal Bldg. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma are?
I will not rest till the TRUTH is told in full and very publicly world wide.It is time to stop these criminals being that the government has not.

Post Script; Two other bail bondsman in Jackson County Michigan with money and power they think are also in the Michigan Militia.
One of these two is the Michigan Militia "Sub Commander"(his rank) for Jackson County Michigan and is said to be worth millions of dollars.
